Sushma Swaraj and Kerala CM Oommen Chandy are fighting over who paid for the evacuation of 29 Indians from war-torn Libya. This all started after 29 Indians, including 16 from Kerala, who were stranded in war-torn Libya reached Kochi on Thursday. Chandy claimed that his government bore the cost of bringing them back.
